Volunteers are the backbone of SC Pride, and we appreciate every minute of your help!

We need volunteers for the entire Pride season, from stuffing envelopes to putting up posters to selling tshirts to setting up the festival— and so much more!

SC Pride is soaring to new heights this year with more visibility, bigger events, and best of all, we’re taking over Main Street for the 2013 SC Pride Festival!!!

We’ve got several big events taking place this year and need lots of help to make things go smoothly. Please consider giving a small amount of time to one of the events throughout the year, especially during the week of SC Pride. With the SC Pride Festival moving to Main Street (Saturday, September 28, 2013), we’re going to need as many helping hands as possible. Volunteers working the day of the festival will receive a free tshirt (to be worn during the festival), an invitation to the Volunteer Reception which kicks off Pride Week (for ALL Volunteers), and more goodies to be announced!Last year we had more volunteers than ever before and we hope with your help to achieve that goal again! Even if you can’t volunteer during the events you can still support SC Pride by attending them!Thanks for your consideration and hope you will help us at some point along the way!

If you’d like to be involved, please fill out this form to let us know! Volunteers will be given a shift to work in set-up, various festival day duties, or clean up. We’ll do our best to put you where you think you’re the most effective! Shifts are short, so don’t worry— you can still enjoy the festivities! Volunteers also receive a free STAFF tshirt and a food voucher at one of our food vendors.
